The bank's Chief executive officer Greg Pawson said in Port Moresby yesterday that the aim was to come up with a high value customer segment that would allow customers access and use of Kina’s services digitally.

“It is still important when customers need us, that we have got a point of contact and help out,” he said.

“The proposition for us is that if you look at our biggest competitor BSP (Bank South Pacific Financial Group), they have a segment called BSP First, so Kina Private bank is being designed to compete directly with BSP First.”
